Delivery and Shipping

Orders will be packaged and shipped within 5-10 working days.

Please note shipping costs are included in the price of the painting.

UK orders are sent via Parcel Force or a specialist art courier for larger works.

We are able to ship to most countries, please contact us for quotes.

Please note your painting will take a little longer to arrive.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT and handling fees according to the laws of the destination country,

Any additional charges are at the customer's expense. We have no control over such charges and therefore accept no responsibility.

Returns

If you are are dissatisfied with your delivery, you have 14 days from time of delivery to email us and request a refund.

Once this return has been agreed, you must ensure artwork is adequately packed and arrangement for return delivery has been made using the same courier service.

Once the work has been safely returned we will then refund your payment within 14 days.

All works sent out are very well packed and wrapped. In the rare unfortunate event you receive a painting that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of parcel, with a photograph of damaged work and packaging.

We are unable to offer a refund on any works sent outside the UK.
