Abstracting The Landscape.(£485)

This relaxed, two day creative course will be held at the historic Hawkwood Colleg, set amongst 42 acres of woodlands and gardens with breathtaking views of the river Severn and the wonderful Cotswold countryside. This small group will be based in a beautiful 18th century barn, where we will venture out to experience the freedom and joy of sketching, large scale plein air painting with acrylic inks, mark making and more, with each person benefitting from individual guidance and tuition, and with all the art materials you will need provided.
This course is not just about the painting, we want you to have an overall relaxed, creative and inspiring experience. From the freshly cooked organic lunches prepared by in house chefs, to the heavenly homemade cakes and biscuits served with lots of tea and coffee, to a special guided woodland walk and 'forest bathing' experience.
This is your time to immerse yourself in creating, recharging and finding your artistic voice.
You will come away with at least three mounted paper works, ready to be framed.
This wonderful course is suited to beginners and intermediate ability, with no prior experience needed.
